SQL Server patchar för Spectre och Meltdown

På grund av säkerhetsbristerna Spectre och Meltdown som nyligen uppdagats i bland annat Intel och AMD proccessorer finns det nu uppdateringar för SQL Server 2017, 2016, 2014 och 2012.
